Desmond Yamah Congratulates Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN on assumption of office as the 32nd President of the Nigerian Bar Association

Yamah observed that Afam Osigwe has a proven track record of success in Bar leadership.

Yamah also congratulated other Exco members on their inauguration and concluded that God has blessed the NBA with a great team.

He charged the new Executive Committee to hit the ground running as the Bar expects them to improve on the achievements of the previous administrations.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon.
