Excerpts From The Valedictory Court Session Held Yesterday, The 11th Day Of August, 2023 In Honour Of Late Sikan Imoh Ene Usanga Esq.

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Uyo Branch held a Valedictory Court Session yesterday, the 11th day Of August,, 2023 In honour of their departed Colleague and the Branch's football team captain, late Sikan Imoh Ene Usanga Esq. held at the Judiciary Multi-purpose Hall, Judiciary Headquarters, Wellington Bassey Way, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. 

The event was presided by Honourable Justice Iboro Ukpanah.

In attendance were Judges, Magistrates, Senior Advocates of Nigeria and many other legal luminaries.

Some of the dignitaries at the valedictory court session include: The Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Uyo Branch, Augustine Enefiok Udoh Esq., Former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch and the current Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association Security Agencies Relations Committee (NBA-SARC) Chukwuka Ikwuazom, SAN, the Chairman of Law Officers Association of Nigeria (LOAN), Akwa Ibom State Chapter, Andrew Umoh, Esq. represented the Honourable Attorney General of Akwa Ibom State, A. A. Asuquo, Esq., Francis Ekanem, Esq., Dr. Amanim Akpabio etc. Others include, Angela Mick-Akpabio Esq., Utomobong Anietie Inyang Esq. Arit Udokang Esq. Nsikak Ikemeke Esq., Inemesit Okure Esq., Ekemini Ikpe Esq., Meyene Nse Ekanem Etc.

To the glory of God, it was a successful valedictory Court Session. May the soul of late Sikan Imoh Ene Usanga Esq. rest in perfect peace.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon.
