MY COMMITMENT TO SERVE NBA, UYO BRANCH

Distinguished Learned Silks, Seniors and Colleagues, it is with a huge sense of responsibility that I inform you once again that I have been cleared to run for the office of Publicity Secretary of our great branch, NBA Uyo Branch.

I’m ready to make the huge commitment to put myself out for service to Uyo Branch. If I succeed, I’m ready to work with the Chairman and other members of the Executive Committee to improve on the work that has been done by the current administration.

I acknowledge the very excellent work that has been done by my very good friend Udeme Rivers, Esq, the current Publicity Secretary of the Branch and I’m very confident of my ability to improve on it.

Uyo Branch has been the leading Branch amongst the branches of the Nigerian Bar Association in Akwa Ibom State and this has to be sustained. I intend to share my action plan with you once the Electoral Committee gives the go ahead.

I thank you all for the huge support and encouragement so far, I’m indeed grateful and I hope that I continue to enjoy your support on this journey.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon.
