Desmond Yamah Congratulates CLASFON For Holding Her Maiden Fellowship At Ikot Ekpene

Former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch and the alternate Chairman, NBA Secretariat Restructuring Committee, Desmond Yamah, Esq., heartily congratulates the Christian Lawyers' Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON) for holding her maiden fellowship at Ikot Ekpene  Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State.

Yamah, congratulates CLASFON, Uyo Branch under the leadership of Akebong Essien, Esq. for piloting the vision.

He stated that Ikot Ekpene also known as "The Raffia City", is a historic town in Akwa Ibom State and also the political and cultural capital of the Annang ethnic group in Nigeria.

Yamah thanks Barr. David Ekpo, the Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikot Ekpene Branch who was also the chief host of the event.

In the same vein, Yamah especially thanks the Chairman of the occasion, Hon. Justice Gabriel Ette, the guest speaker, Hon. Justice Edem Akpan, Hon. Justice Eno Isangedighi, Dr. Amanim Akpabio and every other person who carved out time out of their busy schedules to attend the maiden fellowship.

Yamah, concluded by thanking God Almighty for making the event a great success.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon.
