All of us at Legal Bar News (LBN) celebrate a kind hearted legal practitioner and professor of Law , Prof. Ernest Ojukwu (SAN),  popularly known as 'teacher' as he becomes a year older today, 23rd September, 2021.

Prof. Ernest Ojukwu (SAN) is a former Deputy Director General and Head of Campus of the Nigerian Law School, Augustine Nnamani Campus, Agbani Enugu (February 2001 - March 2013).

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon. Akpan bagged the one year jail term in a judgement delivered on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 by Presiding Magistrate Sam Ukoima Esq of Magistrate Court 11, Uyo.
