Ndi Aquaisua, Esq. Celebrates With Chief Paul Usoro, SAN On The Occasion Of His Birthday

The former Chairman of Eastern Bar Forum - Young Lawyers' Forum (EBF-YLF), Ndifreke Aquaisua, Esq. heartily celebrates a distinguished, kind hearted legal practitioner, former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) ,Election Petition/Communication Law Expert, friend and mentor to so many lawyers, Chief Paul Usoro, SAN as he becomes a year older today, 7th September, 2024.

Chief Paul Usoro, SAN is the Chairman of Access Bank Plc and also a Senior Partner at Paul Usoro and Co., a leading Law Firm in Nigeria with Headquarters in Lagos State, Nigeria. He is also a council member of the International Bar Association.

Chief Paul Usoro, SAN drafted the Nigerian Communications Act 2003, that regulates the Nigeria Communications industry and also drafted the Nigerian Communications (Enforcement Process etc.) Regulations, 2005 as well as the Mobile Number Portability Regulations 2014.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon.
