AUTA NYADA FELICITATES NBA IKEJA (THE TIGER BAR) ON ITS 2023 LAW WEEK

In every forward looking society, the progress of a resilient venture which has stood the test of time, must as of necessity, attract the admiration of onlookers; that the Tiger Bar is succeeding in leaps and bounds, is a testament to the resilience, commitment and foresight exhibited by its forthright Leadership and amiable members.

The theme of this year's law week; EARNING WEALTH AND KEEPING FIT,  IN CHALLENGING TIMES,  is apposite and a clear indication that the leadership of Ikeja Branch is alive to shifting times, modern trends, and the overall welfare of it's members.

Considering the line up of events for this year's Law Week, vis a vis the resource persons, I am persuaded that as you navigate through this Law Week,  the discussions will provoke activism that will raise new sets of fighters for societal advocacy and also to advance the course of Lawyers across the land.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon.
