AGC 2022: Augustine Anyanya Enefiok Wishes All Journey Mercies.

The 2022 Annual General Conference of the NBA which comes up from 19th to 26th August,2022 at the Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island, Lagos, offers us as lawyers across Nigeria and beyond, prime opportunity to interact and reflect on critical issues relating to our profession and the nation.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon. Akpan bagged the one year jail term in a judgement delivered on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 by Presiding Magistrate Sam Ukoima Esq of Magistrate Court 11, Uyo.
