Former chairman, NBA Abuja Branch (Unity Bar) Desmond Yamah, Esq. played host to Bar leaders at  the just concluded justice sector reform submit held in Abuja.

The sit out was held at Floris Garden, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja and had the Branch Chairmen of Lagos, Abuja, Benin, Warri, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Jos and Umuahia (former), past GS Emeka Obegolu, SAN, Afam Osigwe, SAN, Moses Ebute SAN as well as other distinguished legal personalities in attendance.

Yamah, thanked and appreciated them for their contributions towards the development of our noble profession and challenge them to join hand in 'expanding the margins' of law practice in Nigeria.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon.
