Mmeyene Ekanem, Esq. Frowns At The Invasion Of The Residence Of Hon. Justice Mary Peter Odili (JSC)

Menyene Ekanem, Esq. has lent his voice to support the wide condemnation of the invasion of the Abuja residence of Hon. Justice Mary Peter Odili (JSC) by security agents.

The Uyo based legal practitioner while fielding questions from newsmen described the invasion as one too many and a direct, vicious, ferocious attack on the rule of law. 

He further described the  invasion as a stark affront on the judiciary and advised the federal government to give it the necessary attention by ensuring that it is not swept under the carpet as witnessed in previous cases. He called for a thorough investigation into the matter and expressed optimism that such will lead to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects in order to bring to an end the embarrassing trend
