Yakubu Bawa, Chairman, NBA Jos Branch Congratulates NBA President, Mr. Olumide Akpata For Successfully Hosting One Of The Best Annual General Conference

Yakubu Bawa, Esq. Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Jos Branch commends NBA President, Mr. Olumide Akpata for successfully hosting one of the best Annual General Conference (AGC).

Yakubu Bawa also thanked the Chairman and all the members of the Technical Committee on Conference Planning (TCCP) headed by Omubo Victor Frank-Briggs for working round the clock to ensure that the annual general conference was a huge success.

Bawa concluded by praying God to grant journey mercies to all the conferees, guests and observers to 61st Annualp General Conference with the theme: taking the lead held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Former Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Bags One Imprisonment For Giving Police False Information  By Abasiofiok Inyang  A 58 year old former lawmaker and councilor who represented Midim Ward in Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Saviour Hanson Akpan has been sentenced to one year imprison for giving police false information of theft and murder of a three day old baby. Hon.
